How to set up Wooclap SSO in Microsoft Entra ID

This document provides a brief overview of the procedure to configure Wooclap as an SSO provider using Microsoft Entra ID.

Follow these steps:

1️⃣ 👉 Create the Wooclap Entreprise application

2️⃣ 👉 Copy the link to your metadata and share it with the Wooclap team via the form

3️⃣ 👉 Once Wooclap has set up the SAML on their side, complete the setup on your side by:

• Upload the Wooclap metadata file
• Configure user attributes and claims
• Grant users access to the app

1️⃣ Create the Entreprise app

1. Navigate to the Enterprise Applications view:

   

2. Click on New application:

   

3. Enter a Name (e.g., "Wooclap (SSO)") and click Add. Select "Non-gallery application":

   

4. The creation of the app may take a few minutes. Do NOT proceed with anything else at this stage. Simply copy the link to the generated metadata (see below).

2️⃣ Copy the link to your metadata and share it with the Wooclap team via the form

At this stage, do not perform any other action except copying the metadata link:

• Click on Set up single sign-on, then select SAML.
