<aside> 🖱️ Depending on their preferences, users can connect to Wooclap in different ways. On this page, you will find all possible login options to make it easier for teachers and trainers to access Wooclap and thus make their experience as pleasant as possible.

Preamble

In order to invite your teachers to join your school's unlimited plan, several possibilities are available to you:

• If a domain name has been defined with your dedicated Customer Success Manager, then any teacher or student who connects to Wooclap with this email address will automatically join the plan.
• If the domain name is not defined or if you want to give access to external speakers for example, then you can share the invitation link that you will find in your administrator interface. By logging in via this link, users will join your unlimited plan.
• If SSO authentication has been set up, logging in to Wooclap via the credentials will allow teachers and students to join your institution's plan.

Log in with your institution's SSO connection (recommended)

If the SSO connection is effective for your institution, teachers can connect to Wooclap with the login they already have within your institution and therefore do not need to create an account.

All they have to do is click on the "Sign in with your University" button on the Wooclap homepage and select their institution from the list. They will be redirected to your institution's interface and will be able to log in with their usual identifiers.

Login with an email address and a password

Teachers and trainers can log in with their professional email addresses and a password that they will need to create.
