First of all, to access your administrator dashboard:

This first tab "Users" allows you to view the data relating to the use of the Wooclap licence in your establishment. It allows you to view the data as well as to manage certain functionalities such as the manual addition of a user to your licence. The use of this "Users" tab is explained step by step in the section below.
All users who create a Wooclap account with an email address having a domain name attached to your unlimited licence will automatically be added to it. However, it may happen that you wish to give access to your Wooclap licence to a person using an email address with a different domain name (an external contributor for example).
In the tab "Users " of your dashboard, it is possible to manually add a user to your licence. To do this, there are two possibilities:
Enter the email address of the person you wish to add in the field "username to add " and click on "add ";
💡 You can paste multiple email addresses at once (separated by a space, comma, or semicolon). Each address is processed one by one, so you may need to take action for each case (e.g. choose between multiple accounts, or send an invitation if the user doesn’t yet exist).
click on "copy invitation link " and share this link directly with the person you wish to add.
The first column of the table shows you the names of the users who have created a Wooclap account and some information about them. These users can be teachers, students or any other person within your institution who has access to the Wooclap licence.
