1. Introduction

This new event interface has been designed to reorganise and clarify the settings, with the aim of improving navigation and ease of use in Wooclap.

It serves two complementary goals:

🐣 For new users: to offer a more intuitive interface that makes it easier to discover and set up events.

🚀 For experienced users: to highlight Wooclap's advanced features, which were previously less visible.

No features have been changed or removed: all existing options are still available and continue to work exactly as before.

2. Main Changes

✏️ New names for the main tabs

• Live session (formerly "Event")
• Self-paced session (formerly "Participant Pace")

Note: the message wall has been moved to the settings (see here)

• Previous interface

📁 Settings organised by category

The settings are now grouped into categories to make them easier to find and access:

• Interactivity (includes all settings like group responses, competition mode, etc.)
• Authentication
• Message Wall (the features, except for “reset,” are still the same as before for this feature)
